Wanna Know?

Welcome to my new and oh so improved smug site. I know I’ve been changing it like crazy, but I promise this one is going to stick around quite awhile.

While you’re here, you may notice a section in the bottom of the right column entitled Blog Point Meter 2006. Yes, you read right, your year-to-date blog point totals are listed in that very column for you to behold. Word has been getting out that I am actually keeping track of the points, so I thought it might actually be fun if y’all were made aware of that and could therefore see for yourselves how you are doing in the competition. As y’all can plainly see, Rob has a fairly strong lead at the moment, with Elizabeth being his closest competition currently.

Now that I have made everyone’s night, I’ll tell you what made my night. They’re called Shearer’s Caramel Corn Puffs. These things are hawesome! All the fun of Cracker Jacks without the hard kernels or annoying peanuts roaming around. Great stuff!

My lunch went quite well today, and as usual it lasted for several hours. I’ll miss our lunch reunions now that Mark is moving, though Cindi and I plan on continuing the tradition in his absence.

Speaking of Mark’s move, he has been getting rid of stuff like mad so as not to have tons of extra junk to move, and today, I inherited Crack the Case. I am very happy about this since I have been wanting this game for a while now.

Went to see Xmen tonight, finally. Kevin has been waiting patiently to see it for a while now. I’m glad we finally made it. Hopefully we will be heading to see Lady in the Water this weekend also. It’s the latest release from M. Night Shyamalan and I am a big fan. I have to go to a bridal shower tomorrow afternoon, but hopefully we will make it in the evening sometime.

Okay, Kevin has already fallen asleep on the couch, so I must now awaken him to wander upstairs to bed. Night y’all!
