Patience Is A Virtue, So They Say.

Apparently my greatly anticipated book is still being enjoyed by the individual who obviously lives in a world free of rules, regulations, time frames and consideration.

I’m truly glad they are experiencing such joy at my expense.

Since I am a patient person, I simply started and finished another book while I’ve been waiting. BTW, my total so far this year is 18. I’m slightly behind, but I don’t think it’s too bad. If the blessed library doesn’t call today, I’ll be forced to bide my time with another book while I wait. The Two Faces of January by Patricia Highsmith should do just fine.

I should post some Memorial Day pictures, but that would require getting off of the couch, forcing the dog to move from his comfortable spot and getting the camera to import the photos before I can post them. This is all too much for me at the moment. Perhaps I shall upload and post later.

Although, In all reality, I’m going to have to get off of the couch in a very short few minutes anyway, which will also cause the dog to have to move from his comfortable spot. But, getting dressed and heading out is unavoidable. Therefore, I must persevere.

Speaking of the dog, we have been attempting to find a better dog food for Deacon. I’ve been frequenting the local pet store in Washingtonville where they have generously given me several samples to try out on him. That is such an awesome store. Their pet foods are so much healthier than the typical store bought brands and not really much more expensive. Definitely worth it for our adorable pup. Here’s hoping we find one he likes a lot. Soon, he will be eating better than us;-)

FYI, y’all should totally check out Flogging Molly. Irish Punk. Yeah. They make me happy.

I’m impatient, too. ‘Cause I want you to lurve it. I got the second one today. I’ll hold it as long as I can — there’s a list for it, so I can’t renew.

‘Sawesome that you love FM. They, the Dropkick Murphys, GBS, and the Tossers got me through the last few chapters of my revision. I hope my readers can hear the music in a specific scene. ;-)

Ell’s reading over my shoulder and said, “I’m trying to work on ONE!” So your eighteen may be a little behind the game, but it’s pretty impressive to the rest of us.
