We Are Not Tacos

I’m beat. I spent the entire afternoon typing up papers for someone. My eyes are feeling wonky from looking so intently at the screen for so long. Makes me understand a bit why Kevin doesn’t like to be on the computer when he gets home from working on one all day.
Work is not as fun as play;-)
I did have the opportunity to stop and get me my first Shamrock Shake of the season! I was thrilled, as always! I am so easily pleased;-)

Anyway, Amy asked me a few questions, and so I shall answer them. As promised!
- Will you tell me your favorite bible verse? Sure, I will! Psalm 139:14. I will praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are your works and that my soul knows very well. (This is the Kimmy translation, which is probably similar to the NKJV;-)
- What attracts you to cleaning? Well, cleanliness is next to Godliness, no? Actually, I love cleaning. I find it to be stress relieving, distracting and it gives me a good feeling of accomplishment. Plus, I like the way it feels to sit down in a clean house.
- Is it okay to have a friend that usually has a late library book? Well, yeah. If it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have very many friends;-) Most of my friends are not as anti-late fee as I, in fact, some even embrace the late fee and say they are supporting the library that way! GASP! I have to overlook the imperfections of my friends. I am learning that not everyone is as perfect as I am!
That’s that.
One more day of WANT month. So…last chance…

PS. I just made some really, really good barbecued ribs!
I too, think cleaning is a great stress reliever!
And I love nothing more than coming home after a long day to a clean house. Or to wake in the morning to a clean kitchen.

I have not. It’s a struggle every year since I haven’t had McD’s in almost three years now. And every year I tell you I’m gonna go get one and I never do.
